Emiliano at Trustmark Roofing and Windows is the absolute best! He had replaced my roof about seven years ago. My roof was way past the warranty period. Yesterday I noticed that the wind ( 50-70mph) had lifted and damaged the shingles. I called him yesterday and he came to my house today and repaired the damaged shingles free of charge. The level of customer care is beyond excellent. Trustmark roofing not only cares about the job they do on your roof or windows, but they stand behind their work! That is a rare quality these days. When the damage to my roof happened I thought who do I call, then I remembered a commercial on the radio about Trustmark roofing. From the very start has been awesome service. Had roof damage from a wind storm in February 2023. Didn't become apparent until it rained in May. Called Trustmark based on the recommendation of a friend who had used them on his roof.Spoke with Chance Estes who was our Project Manager. He was, and continues to be, very responsive. He kept me involved throughout the process. Emiliano and Chance came out a number of times to survey the project, and provided us with a breakdown in the process. Emiliano came out and met with the Engineer the insurance company sent out.The repair to the interior damage sustained made the house look brand new. Thank you Abel!.Everyone we have encountered has been punctual, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to help. We have since ordered windows and are waiting for them to arrive and be installed.We have, and continue to appreciate the outstanding customer service. Thank you, Trustmark!April 2024- Had a Provia storm door installed. Abel and Diego did a fantastic job! New door makes a difference. Looks great. As always, outstanding service. Miscommunication on my part maybe??? Though I said one thing but maybe I didn't, my first roofing experience but overall pretty stress-free Chance and Manuel were great and they really tried their hardest to make me happy. IF I had to do another roof I would have no problem recommending them. Now for major rain and wind storm to test out this new roof and stand behind what I said or be disappointed, only time will tell and will update as appropriate in the future weather events but I'm sure they will be positive. Quality difference between old roof and new roof from what I could see TrustMark has my vote and trust.

From the beginning, with Gage giving us detailed information about roofing material, how the process will go, and payment options, to the very end with Gage and Emma helping with getting all the costs in order. It was a very smooth process that makes you feel taken care of. Emiliano also came to inspect for materials and was very kind and informative on what to do the day of construction!! The team that did the roof worked very hard finishing in a day being very considerate from roof to clean up! The receptionist was fantastic with getting any information to me right away, and keeping me up to date with the process! I will definitely go back for my window and gutter needs as well!!

We called TrustMark and they came out the same day to inspect the damage on our roof. John answered all of our questions and was on the ball the entire time. The crew showed up the day they said they would and completed our roof in just one day. (We have a big roof so I thought it would be 3 or 4 days.) Took weeks to get someone to come out and quote our roof repair. Then we were sent a $70,000 quote for a 2,000 sq foot roof. Wasted my staffs time, absurd pricing.

In our years of experience there are just some roofs that can not be repaired successfully, and we’ve learned not to compromise our services.
