Trustmark staff and workers were very helpful and respectful. Joey was friendly and thorough. He was willing to work with us, even when he had to do a zoom meeting. Abel did a great job reinforcing the attic. Then he did an excellent job of repairing the ceiling from the massive leak. The roofing crew were polite and hard workers. The did an excellent job with the roof and with the cleanup.i highly recommend Trustmark

TrustMark removed and replaced the roof on our church. It was not an easy project and took a lot of coordination and working around inclement weather. Their product, workmanship, professionalism, and timeliness were superior and has us set up for the next 25 years. This was a commercial job that required work with HVAC personnel to coordinate everything and our service shedule was never negatively impacted and everything came in on budget and on time. Thank you, TrustMark!

Chance responded recently during a rain storm to investigate a a roof leak. He was very honest and straightforward about the issue and hopefully rectified the problem. I will certainly use TrustMark and Chance on any future jobs and recommend him highly.

Have used Trustmark multiple times through the years. Great product and even better people. Had some wind damage to my roof recently and didn’t get a chance to fix it. Got with Trustmark less than 24 hrs before we were suppose to get rain. They were able to break a few guys lose to help me, and thankfully they did because we got over an inch of rain the next day. Will continue use Trustmark into the future…no question about it.

TrustMark did a whole roof repair in less than 48 hours days after our roof was badly damaged by hail. Very happy with the results, especially the flashing around the chimney, which involved removing the old mortised-in flashing and installing a “saddle” or “cricket” to deflect water away from the chimney. The replacement flashing was expertly finished and caulked, and the job site clean-up was phenomenal, down to the last detail, including TrustMark’s use of a magnetized roller to pick up stray roofing nails around the perimeter of the roof. Our project was more expensive than some because we had solar panels that had to be detached and reset, and also because we decided to go with Class 4 SBS-fortified shingles which provide greater protection against hail damage, but the end result was well worth the extra cost. TrustMark lives up to its name, and they’re well-established in Roswell and the surrounding communities. Joey, their project manager, is super-nice, knowledgeable, and does an excellent job of keeping customers informed, and all staff we had contact with are accessible and easy to deal with. Great company that actually cares what it’s doing, and well worth a five-star review.

We bought 4 large picture windows from Trustmark. The windows look beautiful and are amazing at keeping out the heat. Everyone we dealt with at Trustmark was polite and professional. The 5 stars were mainly for the installation crew. We knew ahead of time the installation would be difficult but Arturo and Luis were excellent. Arturo is a true craftsman trimming out the windows perfectly. If you need windows give Trustmark a call.

Amazing company and they did an excellent job. My new home was in serious need and they had it completed super fast. I recommend any that is looking to get roof work done, call them first.

This company and a gentleman by the name of Joey Perez has been more than helpful in getting our new roof installed. We had damage due to the flood over a year ago and have had nothing but problems with our insurance company. They stepped and dealt with the insurance company directly and finally got everything taken care of. They all are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience with DEAD on roofing. After calling about a roof leak, they were extremely responsive and got me on the calendar right away. It’s hard to find that kind of prompt, professional service these days.

The team was very friendly, kind, helpful and honest. I thought my roof was going to need extensive very costly repairs due to high wind damage and how terrible the roof looked to me after the wind done messed up my shingles. I spoke to the team and told them about my concerns with my roof and asked them what could be done In regards to the repairs and will my insurance cover it or will I have to pay out of pocket. I was actually very financially worried because the timing in my life was not the best. When they got to my home and inspected my roof, they were straight forward honest and they made it very clear that even though it looked bad, it wasn’t as bad as it looks. once they started the work, they were able to repair it very quickly. I truly do appreciate their honesty, some people could have chose to scammed me and made me believe my roof was actually as terrible as it looks and persuade me into a full roof replacement but not these guys. Thank you all for the great service you all provided for me.

The sales rep and the project planner went the extra mile to answer all our questions and fulfill detailed requests. The scheduler found a way to fit us in during a very busy time before the holidays. The installer was expert, efficient, and friendly. Trustmark is an excellent company. The windows they installed are high quality. The installers are experienced and their workmanship is excellent. The communication from the salesman (Joey) to the day to day communication (Kyla) is also excellent. I would recommend TradeMark over any other window company in Southeast NM.
