We bought 4 large picture windows from Trustmark. The windows look beautiful and are amazing at keeping out the heat. Everyone we dealt with at Trustmark was polite and professional. The 5 stars were mainly for the installation crew. We knew ahead of time the installation would be difficult but Arturo and Luis were excellent. Arturo is a true craftsman trimming out the windows perfectly. If you need windows give Trustmark a call.

Amazing company and they did an excellent job. My new home was in serious need and they had it completed super fast. I recommend any that is looking to get roof work done, call them first.

This company and a gentleman by the name of Joey Perez has been more than helpful in getting our new roof installed. We had damage due to the flood over a year ago and have had nothing but problems with our insurance company. They stepped and dealt with the insurance company directly and finally got everything taken care of. They all are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience with DEAD on roofing. After calling about a roof leak, they were extremely responsive and got me on the calendar right away. It’s hard to find that kind of prompt, professional service these days.

The staff here are great. I hadn’t seen good customer service like this in a while. I would definitely use them again. They went out of their way to help my 80 yr old mom with her roof. John is great to work with!

The team was very friendly, kind, helpful and honest. I thought my roof was going to need extensive very costly repairs due to high wind damage and how terrible the roof looked to me after the wind done messed up my shingles.
I spoke to the team and told them about my concerns with my roof and asked them what could be done In regards to the repairs and will my insurance cover it or will I have to pay out of pocket. I was actually very financially worried because the timing in my life was not the best. When they got to my home and inspected my roof, they were straight forward honest and they made it very clear that even though it looked bad, it wasn’t as bad as it looks. once they started the work, they were able to repair it very quickly.

I truly do appreciate their honesty, some people could have chose to scammed me and made me believe my roof was actually as terrible as it looks and persuade me into a full roof replacement but not these guys.

We felt confident in investing in new windows for our home with Trustmark from start to end of the process. The sales rep and the project planner went the extra mile to answer all our questions and fulfill detailed requests. The scheduler found a way to fit us in during a very busy time before the holidays. The installer was expert, efficient, and friendly. We love our new windows and are glad be in the capable care of this local business!

Trustmark is an excellent company. The windows they installed are high quality. The installers are experienced and their workmanship is excellent. The communication from the salesman (Joey) to the day to day communication (Kyla) is also excellent. I would recommend TradeMark over any other window company in Southeast NM.

Joey Perez and his crew at TrustMark Roofing and Windows did an excellent job repairing the wind damage to our roof. They quickly replaced the damaged shingles, cleaned up and were finished within an hour.

TrustMark honored the roof warranty on our house even though the warranty had recently expired. I am very impressed with their customer service. We will use TrustMark for all of our future roofing needs. They are unique in the business.

With the terrible wind storms in March and. April 2025 our house had a small section of shingles missing. I called TrustMark Roofing and shared a picture of the missing shingles. They sent someone to look at what it would take to remedy the problem. By noon that same day, they had completed the job.

About 8 years ago we had a rough storm with large hail. Many houses received new roofs as did mine. When we had our recent wind and dust storm my roof took a direct hit for hours. I called TrustMark and they gave me a few options. Today they repaired my roof and you can’t tell a difference between the old and new shingles. The men were kind and professional and were great to work with. You can trust TrustMark to do a top notch job for a reasonable price. Thank you, TrustMark! I will recommend you to anyone who asks. In fact, I already have.

The March 2025 windstorm got our roof. Contacted Trustmark, Chance Estes gave us a quote & told us what it entailed, etc. I want to say what an awesome employee, Chance is. He was very knowledgeable as well as respectful & everything he told us regarding our roof replacement was done.

I would recommend Trustmark for a repair or for an entire roof replacement.

When Manual & his crew put our roof on, they did a great job. Manual addressed questions we had & is very good at his job. The crew was great & cleaned up all the debris. Thanks to Manual & his crew. Great job & it was done quickly & looks great.

I had a bit of shingle damage after the windstorm hit in March 2025. My roof was installed 14 years ago by a local company who has now changed their name to Trustmmark. I called them and agreed on a time for an evaluation. John was timely, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me his initial recommendation of a few shingles in a specific area and told me he would send a quote. I was contacted by the company and they came to do the work at a very, very reasonable price and had it done within an hour.

This type of work isn’t cheap and the chance cannot be taken that it be done shoddily. I highly recommend Trustmark for repair or replacement of your roof.
